Step by Step
Leaving the European Union structurally should be a clear and manageable process.
EU-Exit guides you through a structured sequence — from initial orientation to a completed setup. The process begins with understanding your situation and ends with a fully implemented structure and ongoing access to the EU-Exit platform.
1 Exit Check
The process begins with the free Exit-Check.
This short analysis provides an initial orientation and helps determine whether a structured exit model may fit your situation. Based on your answers, you receive a first indication of whether a setup in Georgia could be appropriate for your circumstances.
The Exit-Check does not create any obligations.
It simply helps you understand your position before making further decisions.
2 Verification (optional)
The verification step is optional and designed for individuals who want additional legal certainty before proceeding.
In this step, the recommended setup is reviewed once more by our legal instance to confirm that it matches your situation. If the setup is verified, EU-Exit assumes responsibility for the recommendation.
If you choose to skip this step, you can still proceed and book your setup. However, in that case EU-Exit does not guarantee that the selected structure is the correct one for your specific circumstances.
3 Book Your Setup
Once you are ready to proceed, you can book your setup through the platform.
At this stage you select the appropriate implementation package and the setup process begins with our partner team in Georgia. From this point onward, the practical implementation of your structure is initiated.
4 Upload Documents
After booking your setup, you will be guided through the onboarding steps inside the platform.
You upload the required documents and answer a small set of additional questions needed to complete the legal setup. This information allows the local team to initiate the company registration and prepare the necessary legal documentation.
5 Setup & Platform Access
Once the documents are processed, your structure is implemented.
You receive confirmation of your setup together with the corresponding legal documents. Your EU-Exit account remains active, allowing you to manage ongoing elements such as legal address renewals, subscriptions and optional accounting services directly through the platform.
This ensures that your structure remains organized and easy to maintain over time.
No unnecessary data.
We only ask for your name and email. If you decide not to continue, your data is automatically deleted after three months.
